Certified as Personnel Consultant, our staff posses vast experience in federal, state laws and regulations, strong business ethics and expertise in general business practices.

Since it was founded in 1998 in San Juan, PR by its President, Edna Y. Mattei, CPC, Improve Searches International expanded its market by opening offices in Santo Domingo, RD (2001) and the most recent branch in Mayagüez, PR (2004).
