effective way. We are certified by NAPS, (National Association of Personnel
Services), who have been dedicated to keeping the most outstanding level of
excellence within the Human Resources Consulting firms by certifying recruiting
and staffing professionals nationally.
Certified as Personnel Consultant, our staff posses vast experience in federal,
state laws and regulations, strong business ethics and expertise in general
business practices.
Since it was founded in 1998 in San Juan, PR by its President, Edna Y. Mattei,
CPC, Improve Searches International expanded its market by opening offices in
Santo Domingo, RD (2001) and the most recent branch in Mayagüez, PR (2004).
